The Microbiome Center and The Duchossois Family Institute will host a half-day ‘omics workshop to assist microbiome researchers in metagenomics and metabolomics on January 28th, 2022. The workshop will take place on campus at the David Rubenstein Forum from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
Program
There will be two in-person sessions to demonstrate these data pipelines and understand their analysis:
Metabolomics, 1:00 - 2:30 PM , led by Dr. Dan Cuthbertson (Agilent Technologies).
Metagenomics 3:00 - 5:00 PM , led by Iva Veseli (Biophysical Sciences, UChicago) and Matt Schecter (Committee on Microbiology, UChicago).
