The Microbiome Center relies on the generosity of donors to support inter-disciplinary research to understand and harness the power of the microbiome. Philanthropic giving directly supports high-risk, high-reward research, the training of interdisciplinary scientists, and the development of tools and therapeutics - all that have the potential to impact the health of people and ecosystems across the earth.
Gifts at every level help to further the work of the Microbiome Center. Expendable and endowment giving opportunities are available to support faculty research, early-stage seed funding, education and training programs, and technology/application development. The Microbiome Center provides support and helps to transform early-stage research into comprehensive research programs.
Please consider giving to the Microbiome Center and being part of this transformative work. Donations can be arranged through UChicago Giving. To donate:
- Go to UChicago Giving.
- Where it says Gift Amount, choose whether you want to support us with a One-Time Gift or a Recurring Gift. If you choose Recurring Gift, you have to select how often you will be sending the gift, and how many times you will send it.
- Select the drop down menu under Area of Support.
- Look under Biological Sciences Division for The Microbiome Center.
- Select Gift Amount.
- Enter Contact Information and Giving Information.
- Enter your Payment Information and select any Additional Options.
- Click on Give Now to send us your gift!
