Join us on Monday March 4th from 11AM-4PM for presentations on ‘Omics data integration followed by a community hackathon in the David Rubenstein Forum Room 601. Dr. Ran Blekhman will start us off by presenting his lab's multi 'omic integration of microbiome and host genomic data. Ran's talk will be followed by graduate student Roo Weed presenting the dataset we will be working with in the afternoon. We will break for lunch and use the afternoon as a mini hackathon where we will all interface with multi-omic datasets and analyses.
Please bring your laptop with a functional version of R.
